 A Small win...

Captain Ron  has won the 100-up trophy at Lewisham Indoors. Ron says that it might be small cup but it’s still a big win for him and he is well pleased.

...and a honourable defeat

Our FDBC team, (L To R: Sue, Ron, Jill and Beryl)  played in the Lewisham and Crystal Palace indoor bowls partnership in the Hospitals Amenities Fund charity day: We lost 22-16.

The Francis Drake squad played Lewisham indoor and beat them. It doesn’t happen very often that Lewisham gets beaten but we did it. All credit to our players and very well done!
